Police Breathalyzer gives your police a breathalyzer of its own, the VIGILEX AB-560. The officer walks up and holds the mouthpiece to the other player’s lips, standing, through a car’s window or at a high truck’s open door, and the player blows into it by holding a key. The reading shows on the device’s screen, and a printed slip comes out of the bottom.
GTA has no alcohol level, so it keeps its own blood alcohol per character, fed by the drinks your server already has. It only measures: no drunk effects. It is free and open source.
Its own animations bring the mouthpiece to the mouth, on foot and in cars.
Players around see the device, its screen and the slip, and hear it.
Blood alcohol, the reading and the slip are worked out on the server.

Pick “Breath test” on a player, or on a car with someone in it. The player is asked first and may refuse, or the test just starts if you turn consent off. The officer walks up and holds the mouthpiece to their lips: in a car they turn to the window, in a high truck their door opens. One mouthpiece is used per test.
The player holds a key to blow until the bar is full; three short breaths and the device says TEST FAILED. The officer reads the result on the screen: % BAC like US devices, ‰ or mg/L like EU ones, with OVER LIMIT at your legal limit. A reading is off by up to 0.003, as a real device’s is.
The slip prints out of the device and the officer tears it off. It becomes an item with the test number, the reading and who was tested, and using it holds it up to read.
Drinks from ox_inventory, qb-smallresources or ESX’s drunk status count without changing those scripts, and any script can add alcohol with an export. It is taken up over 20 minutes and burned off in real time, also while a player is offline.
tr_core finds your framework, inventory and the rest when the server starts. There are no bridge files to edit.
